There apple fritter and buttermilk glazed is amazing. There croissant sandwiches are also to die for. And there open 24 hours!?!?

Sunny ??? How about YUMMY DONUTS! The glazed donut holes were amazing! The iced coffee was a little watered down, but other than that, it was pretty good! Overall, would come back again.

Best doughnut ever is their chocolate Barvarian crème doughnut! The jelly doughnuts are excellent also. Will be back very soon to try the others.

Always consistent friendly service. Very nice people. Food is consistently good and and fresh. If they have a fresh batch of what you're getting, they would typically offer the fresh one. If they don't have it and they can make it quick, they will. I've tried the other Sunny donuts but this is the best one in San Diego. Oh, they would also give kids a donut hole but they would first ask the parent if it's ok. Very respectful. This shows that they care and respect their customers.

We were craving doughnuts pretty late and luckily this place was open 24 hours a day. The doughnut are freshly Made! They are definitely fresh and delicious. They do go stale pretty fast so you know the ingredients being used are fresh. Make sure if you have any left over to put them in a closed container to keep them fresh. The place was so cute and welcoming. Overall they were delicious and would ice to go get doughnuts when more availability are there.

Sunny donuts didn't disappoint! So freaking good! Got the croissant with ham, cheese, egg and bacon and dang that was also had an apple filled donut and that was so fluffy and tasty! Will have to come back here to try more of their goodies! Service was fast, people are friendly and I really love the vibe in this place. It has that 80's restaurant look and feel.

Such a good donut places. When they make the donuts fresh and they are still slightly warm, it's everything. I always come here if I'm looking for a sweet treat for myself or coworkers. The servers are nice, fast, and efficient. It's your typical donut diner but has amazing donuts.

We stopped in while we were waiting for our bubble tea drinks to be made in a nearby shop. My husband got an old fashioned, chocolate cake, and glazed raised. The chocolate cake was really bad, super dry (as seen in my photo) and stale tasting. 0/5 The glazed raised was actually yummy. Soft, airy and kind of moist. 3.8/5 A classic old fashioned donut is probably one of my husbands favorite donuts. After trying the chocolate cake donut we weren't expecting much but this surprisingly turned out to really shock my husband and he said he thinks it's The best old fashioned donut he had ever had. It had a great flavor, nice texture and was moist on the inside. I'm not really a fan of old fashioneds so I couldn't appreciate it as much as him but I will give it a 5/5
